He is a past President of the Iowa OAAA and past Vice President of the Illinois OAAA. He Served on the Marketing Committee of the OAAA and was a Speaker for the OAAA in Toronto, Canada in 1991. He is the President of Torrey Outdoor Advertising a division of Torrey Communications. Tom has been an Executive Recruiter for over 10 years, placing top talent at some of the major Outdoor Advertising Companies and Vendors in the United States.
